The phone is fine but the support is lacking. Bought cable to transfer files to PC but despite repeated assurances from LG and being referred to their website by them and other companies, there is no software to support this. LG did not reply to my emails and I can only assume they neither know the answer nor care. Last LG product I will be buying. I can, of course, transfer via Bluetooth but this is restricting. Until LG start getting their act together and supporting their products and customers, my advice is to steer clear of them.
